Inspired by this post - http://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=2086218 - which mentions the fact people only focus on success stories which are actually the minority. I think it would be good to hear some personal stories of startup failure so we can all learn from them. What went wrong? What did you learn for next time and can pass on? How did you recover and what are you doing now? Having failed once, would you try again?
