Proposal: Set `debugShowCheckedModeBanner` Default to false
## Overview Currently, `debugShowCheckedModeBanner` in `MaterialApp` and `CupertinoApp` defaults to `true`, displaying a debug banner in the top right corner of Flutter apps in debug mode. However, most developers explicitly set it to `false` in their projects, as the banner is rarely useful and can be distracting. This leads to unnecessary manual effort in every new Flutter project, where developers must explicitly disable the debug banner, often making it an early boilerplate change. ## Problem Statement - The debug banner is rarely useful in real-world development. - Most developers explicitly set `debugShowCheckedModeBanner: false` in their applications. - This results in redundant boilerplate code that needs to be modified in nearly every new Flutter project. - Debugging tools like Flutter DevTools already provide clear indicators of debug mode, making the banner redundant. ## Proposed Change - Update the default value of `debugShowCheckedModeBanner` in `MaterialApp` and `CupertinoApp` from `true` to `false`. - Developers who still find it useful can explicitly enable it: ```dart MaterialApp( debugShowCheckedModeBanner: true, // Enable explicitly if needed ); ``` ## Benefits - Reduces unnecessary boilerplate code in Flutter projects. - Matches common developer usage patterns (as most devs set it to false). - Simplifies the default developer experience without affecting debugging capabilities. - Debugging tools like Flutter DevTools already provide cl
