Full Offline Support

Warp is hands-down one of the best terminals I’ve come across. The features and overall experience are amazing, and I really want to make the switch. That said, there’s one thing stopping me: Warp still requires internet access to function. Even though the login requirement was removed (which I appreciate), it’s still not possible to use the terminal without an active connection. The problem is that my company’s firewall blocks all outgoing connections, and there’s absolutely no way to make exceptions. This makes it impossible for me to use Warp, and I’m sure I’m not the only one in this situation. There are plenty of developers who work in environments where network policies or offline workflows make this a dealbreaker. Request: Could you add support for a fully offline mode? This would make Warp accessible to a lot more people, including those of us stuck behind strict firewalls. ### Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
