### Describe the project you are working on Godot ### Describe the problem or limitation you are having in your project There are far too many issues and pull requests open, we can't humanely give all of them attention. Someone unfamiliar with this would simply think that more bugs are opened than we can close, but this is not really the problem. Most of the opened issues are one of the following: 1. Many of them are not bugs, they just ask for something but no one really cares enough about it to implement it. 2. Many of them are not clearly bugs, or it depends on the point of view which may differ from person to person. 3. Many of the above are probably bugs, but are of so little importance or so corner case that nobody cares. 4. Many of them are for older versions of the engine that nobody cares, and are fixed or irrelevant in newer ones. 5. Many of them are bugs for the current version and they should be fixed, but contributors generally prefer to focus on the ones that cause more pain first, or are currently working on features so they can't give attention to them until alpha/beta. 6. Many are important bugs, those generally get fixed quick. From the list, above, I think we should reach agreement that: * (1) and (2) will remain open forever because contributors don't have time to discuss these. Most Godot contributors donate their free time to work on the project because they enjoy it. Discussing things nobody cares about is not enjoyable and takes a lot of time.
