Enable Design Set Library Features for Custom Post Types
**Describe the feature you'd like to see included in Oxygen.** The same design set features that are available on pages should be available on CPTs. **What are the use cases for this feature?** Currently any content sections or page layouts built for CPTs cannot be added to a site's design library. This is a HUGE limitation.
