Implement variable inspector for kernels
Hi, It is useful when doing interactive data analysis to quickly get the name/quick summary (type/ size) of in-memory variables. I was wondering if having a block for displaying this kind of information could be an interesting feature for JupyterLab ? Such as the one in RStudio: <img width="397" alt="screen shot 2016-07-18 at 15 55 52" src="https://cloud.githubusercontent.com/assets/2227272/16917136/a5f72562-4d00-11e6-80ae-3e275441e8a8.png">
