Provide ability to ignore all whitespace in diff editor (feature request)

Steps to Reproduce: 1. In settings it's possible to set `"diffEditor.ignoreTrimWhitespace": true` 2. There's no option to ignore all whitespace, Would it be possible to add `"diffEditor.ignoreAllSpaces": true`? I believe the command-line to achieve this would be something like `git diff --ignore-space-at-eol -b -w [commit]...` h/t [Daniel Gomez @ coderwall](https://coderwall.com/p/crj69a/from-a-useless-git-diff-to-a-useful-one) [edit] Might only need `-w` ?
