Removes parentheses in expressions with mixed operators

Before: ```js const foo = (a && b) || c || d; ``` After: ```js const foo = a && b || c || d; ``` The same goes for arithmetic and bitwise operators. Relevant ESLint rule: http://eslint.org/docs/rules/no-mixed-operators.
