When will Colab Pro be available to use outside the United States?
I'm an engineer live in Japan and I have google account (national: Japan) I have signed up for google colab Pro and can use it without any problems. Is it regal? Is there any problems with this? When will Colab Pro be available to use outside the United States officially?
