This is the direct result of giving unions complete and total power over corporations..and now the government. The unions created a situation where taxi drivers are so desperate for work that they are willing to physically destroy anyone that attempts to get in their way and those same unions are now jailing Uber execs for creating a better, cheaper, and more efficient system. The only people that will hurt in the end are the customers. They will now be forced to use an overpriced monopoly. Uber is great. It is bringing union glut to the forefront and showing us why they aren't necessarily a good idea.
