"What happens when someone wants to schedule a meeting when my wife has dinner ready?

"What happens when someone wants to schedule a meeting when my wife has dinner ready? I tell them to move it." I'm curious if when you tell them to move it how you say that and if you give them a reason why? In other words do you tell them "sorry I can't because that's when I eat dinner with the family" or "sorry I can't I have my kids soccer game" or just "that time doesn't work for me" etc?
