It absolutely was not hard to understand the iPhone until you held it in your hand. I mean, obviously you didn't get the full experience until you... got the full experience. But my experience was that everyone I met was like, "Oh, yeah, obviously that would be a great phone to have." They may have followed up with, "But I can't cope with AT&T," or "But it's too expensive for me," or "But I want a physical keyboard," but nobody doubted that there was a fundamental value proposition there.
