[web] Support compute on separate thread in Flutter Web
Currently, there's no suitable way to perform more expensive operations like image processing. It would be nice to provide some way (by `compute()` function). The current implementation is a dummy: ``` Future<R> compute<Q, R>(ComputeCallback<Q, R> callback, Q message, {String debugLabel}) async { return callback(message); } ``` and freezes the web UI.
