I agree that the hiring process is broken; but when I look at this, it just comes across as ordinary recruiting with some (snaps fingers) pizazz. How do you help the hiring companies choose the right candidates? In my experience, the best recruiters are those who bring in ideal candidates without being pushy or overselling. Do you have some objective way of ranking candidates? Do you filter out unqualified candidates? (Snaps fingers) PiZZaZZZ!
