I haven't yet read the article but wanted to point out that the first link is broken. It links to https://www.kickstarter.com/jobs/product-manager which is a 404. However https://www.kickstarter.com/jobs and https://www.kickstarter.com/jobs/product_designer both work. Just wanted to check out the job description. Good luck.
