You're only getting "involved" by voting according to the government's definition of "getting involved". Your parent post just put forward an argument which you did not address: "You recall what platform Obama ran on? Hope and Change, how did that work out? The political process in America is broken and voting will not solve the problem of corruption." Please address this argument. No need for "we'll see who gets more done" future arguments, this is a present-day argument. What should we do when, after people go out and "get involved" and "get more done" to elect the right representative, they don't follow through on their promises? What should we do?
