[BUG]: infinite loading of videos

I understand that the bug report will be dismissed otherwise. - [x] This issue contains only one bug. ### Affected version 32.10 stable ### Device Type Smart TV/Box ### Affected Android Android TV 12 ### Steps to reproduce the bug When playing any video ,the video doesn't start playing instead just keeps loading (buffer animation icon) ### Actual behavior This happens only when I'm running with vpn with tunneled connection , whenever i play any video ,it just keeps loading infinite forever , doesn't start the playback.
