[Web] CanvasKit error on web app after hot restart/hot reload

### Is there an existing issue for this? - [X] I have searched the [existing issues](https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues) - [X] I have read the [guide to filing a bug](https://flutter.dev/docs/resources/bug-reports) ### Steps to reproduce After performing multiple hot restarts or hot reloads in web app occurs error of CanvasKit. It doesn't crash the app, but it always persists in console. I have seen old issues from 2021: #https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/90231 #https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/90236 Both are closed as resolved in: #flutter/engine#28675 But in my case problem occurs now with the latest version of Flutter. ### Expected results No errors ### Actual results Error of CanvasKit ### Code sample Just run any Flutter web app and preform multiple restarts/reloads.
