Add async support to System.Transactions (e.g. TransactionScope)
`TransactionScope` is a disposable type that almost always has I/O work to do on disposal. Are there any plans for making `TransactionScope` implement `IAsyncDisposable`? (I am not aware of how readily the ADO.NET methods involved are available as async.)
