Add support for AWS Data API (AWS Aurora Serverless)
## Problem Prisma currently doesn't seem to support the [Data API for AWS Aurora Serverless](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonRDS/latest/AuroraUserGuide/data-api.html). ## Solution It would be great to add support for it which is especially useful for applications running on serverless environments like AWS Lambda.
