integrations: Add voice chat.
We've been getting a lot of requests for a better voice (and maybe videochat) integration in Zulip. This issue is to look into how easy it would be to use the jitsi, or hangouts, or skype, or twilio, or something else's API to ring someone's computer within Zulip. I think the UX we're looking for is: * It's okay if there is a painful setup, i.e. both users have to create an account on some third party site, and link it to zulip * In the user popover, we'd add a link like "call user". (Would have to think of an appropriate UI for group calls, but we can think about it later.) * For a V1, that link should take you to a third party site, and ring the other person's computer or phone * For a V2, the ring should happen within Zulip itself

"Focus follows mouse" is what I use to keep the file manager from popping up when click-dragging files.
The biggest problem with this is if the target URL doesn't load but also doesn't quickly error out, like e.g.
