This seems accurate to me. There are thousands of bugs on the platform that nobody ever fixes. They have yet to add Python 3 support, too. I have been waiting for over two months for a fix to a permissions problem in Cloud Storage that makes it difficult to use (if somebody leaves the org, any files they owned are essentially unusable). It's deeply frustrating at times. They are often unresponsive on many fronts. I certainly hope they are fixing the platform... or fixing something, at least. That'd be refreshing.

"Focus follows mouse" is what I use to keep the file manager from popping up when click-dragging files.
The biggest problem with this is if the target URL doesn't load but also doesn't quickly error out, like e.g.
