Disable focus stealing
The old TweakUI had an option to disable focus stealing. I am a real power user: while launching several apps I am writing emails, notes, documents and so on. But when another app has been finished the startup it steals the focus. Other times this happens when an app shows a pop-up. Pls bring back an option to disable focus stealing
