FR: Allow allowlisting in addition to denylisting for app-based split tunneling on Android
### What are you trying to do? Only have Tailscale work with one app. It's great that TS Android app allows app specific bypass but if I want to only have it apply to one app, one has to select every app as bypass. BTW - IME, the app crashes everytime I select a bypass app. ### How should we solve this? Either create a select ALL app function for bypass and then user can deselect the app(s) they want TS to apply OR Allow user to select USE TS or DON'T USE TS by app. ### What is the impact of not solving this? _No response_ ### Anything else? _No response_
