Improve Run bar: include embed option & consolidate buttons

### Problem or limitation This is the current design of the run bar: <img width="243" height="43" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/0c1dbfb5-c75a-4c69-abba-50a27af8c117" /> Running the game with the current run bar design has a few usability challenges: - Many, [many](https://bsky.app/profile/kenney.nl/post/3mhawuz355c2j), [many](https://www.twitch.tv/jotson/clip/DepressedLongDonutSwiftRage-EB06N4p79C4-TClM), [many](https://chat.godotengine.org/channel/general?msg=FTi9wEiDKmyLZL76Y) users don't understand how to toggle embedding the game in the game view main panel (because it's literally not in the run bar) or don't understand the difference between floating embedded or floating native. - Many roles in a game dev studio only **ever** use three out of the seven buttons. - The run options icons are not immediately clear and users have to rely on their tooltips. ("What's the YouTube on a stick icon?!") - With the current design, it's not trivial to add settings (such as 'embed or not', 'movie writer mode or not') for the play buttons as it too easily becomes unclear what the options apply to. In other words: the option matrix is messy. - The current design lacks extendability. Many professional game developers I've spoken with build their own tools (by making a plugin insert _even more_ buttons into the run config) or use plugins [like this one](https://github.com/poohcom1/godot-run-configs) to better manage what scene plays (and with what properti
