Ability to launch .devcontainer project from command line

This issue was closed last time with no resolution: https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-remote-release/issues/1084 How do I use the `code` CLI to launch into the devcontainer? I have a folder with a `.devcontainer` folder. Running `code .` prompts me to re-open as a devcontainer but I want to do it in one shot in my Makefile.
