Possibility to update or/and delete a property
It would be a nice addition to the [`/v1/schema` API](https://weaviate.io/developers/weaviate/api/rest/schema#add-a-property) to have the possibility to update and/or delete a property, because as of now you can only add it. This may come in handy in a few scenarios, e.g.: - you want to update the config of the property without recreating the whole schema (as you'll have to write migrations, and it can cause downtime if your Weaviate instance is already in production); - you don't need the property anymore and want to free up space; - there could also be some [internal bug of Weaviate](https://github.com/weaviate/weaviate/issues/2662) that caused the config of the property to be invalid, and you need to update it.
