Project search include/exclude should persist across sessions
### Check for existing issues - [X] Completed ### Describe the feature When working on a project, I often perform multiple searches with specific scopes to focus on the relevant code. It's frustrating that the filter settings don't persist between searches, requiring me to set them up each time I close/open the project search tab. While working on a specific task, I usually focus on the same part of the codebase, so I use the same includes/excludes for multiple searches. It would be much more efficient if the filters persisted until explicitly reset. ### If applicable, add mockups / screenshots to help present your vision of the feature
