JPEG XL support
**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.** Can't view .jxl files **Describe the solution you'd like** It would be great if JPEG XL support was added to the image viewer. A [jxl viewer](https://github.com/oupson/jxlviewer) for Android is already released.
