Support manipulating strings in `datasource` configuration
## Problem The current implementation of data source configuration assumes a connection URI, but sometimes the connection will be exposed through individual environment variables, i.e. for username, password, hostname, port, etc. ## Suggested solution Support string interpolation or concatenation ## Alternatives Not considered ## Additional context * [Support for concatenation in Prisma file #584](https://github.com/prisma/prisma/issues/584) * https://github.com/prisma/prisma/issues/3382
