sway: Optimal NixOS integration

This is intended as an issue to collect and track possible improvements and feedback in general. Feedback form users is welcome (what is difficult, does not work, could be improved, are packages missing, etc.). Possible improvements (feel free to propose additions and notify me of updates): - [x] Read all configurations from `/etc` and fallback to `/nix/store` for non NixOS systems (#60319) - Should we install the default wallpaper?
