apm package installs are failing... server code 500.
Atom package installs have started failing. The server doesn't appear to be redirecting clients to a download tarball. The issue is easy to see using the `apm` CLI tool. I've created a bug report here: https://github.com/atom/apm/issues/946 Opening this issue to redirect users looking to report this problem, or add new information to the issue in the `apm` repo, since that seems like the more appropriate place.
