Feature Request: Stream LOD data from server

## Issue I recently switched to voxy from Distant Horizons on my single player world and it's definitely a graphical improvement. However, I run a multiplayer server as well and one feature I miss on multiplayer is that when Distant Horizons is installed on the server it streams LODs to clients even if they've never been to those locations. ## Feature Request Can voxy add a server component to give it the ability to stream LOD data to voxy-enabled minecraft clients to improve the render distance without each user needing to cache the area? This also has the added benefit that an LOD can intermittently update without the user visiting the area and observe changes at great distance. Apologies if this is not the proper place for a feature request or if this is discussed elsewhere. I did a cursory glance for this before posting.
