New Steam overlay causes games to crash upon opening (Xorg and Wayland)
#### Your system information * Steam client version: 1686779606 (Flatpak version) * Distribution: Fedora Silverblue 38 * Opted into Steam client beta?: No * Have you checked for system updates?: Yes * Graphics Card: GTX 1080 * CPU: i7 8700k * Graphics Drivers: 530.41.03 * Display Server: Wayland #### Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible: Since the new Steam overlay update, attempting to open it causes the game to hang for a few seconds before crashing. #### Steps for reproducing this issue: 1. Update to current Steam version at this time 2. Open a game of your choosing 3. Press Shift + Tab to open the Steam overlay 4. Game will hang for a few moments before crashing This issue seems to also persist in Xorg, so it doesn't seem to be a bug specific to Wayland.
