Add possibility to disable code splitting / chunks generation

Sometimes it's not desired, for example when each file needs to be self-contained (serverless). It would be nice to be able to turn code splitting off. Using array in rollup config is not desired as it creates difficulties in working with plugins. ### Feature Proposal Add config option to turn code splitting feature off.
